Instacart Coming to Guido’s – Launching December 16

We’re excited to share that Instacart online shopping and grocery delivery will launch for both Guido’s locations on Tuesday, December 16.

This new service is designed to make shopping at Guido’s more accessible and convenient—especially for customers who may have difficulty visiting the store—and to help us reach new shoppers who already use Instacart.

What to Expect In-StoreInstacart is not expected to significantly change our daily in-store operations. When a customer places an order through Instacart, an Instacart Shopper will come into the store and shop just like any other customer. They will check out at the register using an Instacart debit card and then deliver the groceries directly to the customer.

Important Information to Share with Customers

• Alcohol is not available for purchase through Instacart due to current licensing restrictions. These items will not appear in the app.
• Instacart orders are not eligible for Senior Discounts, Employee Discounts, or other promotional discounts.
• Guido’s Gift Cards cannot be used for Instacart purchases.
• Returns or issues with Instacart orders must be handled through Instacart Customer Support. Guido’s is unable to process returns, exchanges, or refunds for these orders.
• Prices on Instacart are higher than in-store prices. These price differences are set by Instacart to help cover the cost of their service.
• Need to search for a product? We’re working on a new EGrowcery resource to make it easier for you—and our customers—to quickly find product information. Until it’s ready, you can use the Instacart platform as a reference, keeping in mind that prices there are higher than in-store and only show a 30-day history.
